Ryan graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Business Administration while play baseball as a student athlete. What Ryan loves most about working at ROK is the culture and environment. He is passionate about expanding his network to help provide the resources small business owners need to be successful to grow. In Ryan's free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, working out, and watching baseball/football.

John is a Business Development Officer at ROK Financial with a diverse background in sales. His experience in understanding client needs, and building lasting relationships has set the stage for success in this role. What John loves most about working at ROK Financial is the great connection with the people here and the positive, collaborative work environment. With a passion for growth and innovation, He is excited to contribute to the company’s mission and help foster new opportunities for clients and the team alike. Outside of work, John dedicates time to staying fit and healthy through their regular gym routine. His love for fitness is matched by a creative passion for cooking—whether it’s meal prepping or experimenting with new recipes. 

Jake graduated from SUNY Oswego with his degree in Business Administration, where he also excelled as a student-athlete, playing baseball. Jake is a Business Development Officer here at ROK Financial, where he leverages his expertise in client relationship management and business growth. With a strong background in client-facing roles, including as a Customer Development Representative, Jake is dedicated to understanding client needs and providing tailored financial solutions. What Jake values most about working at ROK Financial is the dynamic company culture and the supportive environment, which offer abundant opportunities to advance his career not just in sales but also in personal development. Outside of work, Jake enjoys staying active through workouts, spending quality time with family and friends, watching sports and traveling. 

Andrew has a background that prepares him for success as a Business Development Officer. He graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in Finance, where he was a student-athlete at two different Universities. At ROK, Andrew thrives in an environment that values collaboration and innovation. He is passionate about supporting small businesses by providing the essential financing they need to achieve their goals. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys quality time with friends and family, indulges in watching movies, and playing golf or team sports. His well-rounded interests and commitment to both personal and professional growth make him a valued member of the ROK team.

Justin is an Account Executive at ROK Financial, bringing over a decade of experience in business financing. He has had the privilege of working alongside James and Patrick since 2013, contributing his expertise to support businesses in achieving their financial goals. What drives Justin most at ROK Financial is his passion for helping business owners succeed and bringing their projects to fruition. He thrives in the collaborative environment at ROK Financial, where he works alongside a dedicated and hardworking team. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time at the beach, and traveling. He is also a car enthusiast with a deep appreciation for automotive culture.

As an Account Manager at ROK Financial, Eric Talbot has helped businesses that ROK has previously funded gain access to additional funding to pursue new opportunities for more than 2 years. Eric graduated from Kean University as a student athlete. When he’s not helping small businesses grow, Eric enjoys spending time at the beach, watching golf, football and lacrosse, playing golf and hanging out with family and friends.

As a Sr. Business Advisor at ROK Financial Nicholas has helped business owners obtain the capital they need to grow through a fast, simple, and easy process for over 3 years. Before his career at ROK, Nicholas graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Following his education, he worked in Commercial Real Estate Sales at Gold Coast Realty and Finance. When he’s not helping small businesses grow, Nicholas enjoys spending time with family, going to the gym, investing in/analyzing stocks, and traveling.

What Andrew loves most about working at ROK is the opportunity to get small businesses through tough times, by providing the support they need to become successful and grow through the products that we have have to offer. Andrew received a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Farmingdale State college, and is a US Coast Guard licensed Master Captian. In Andrew's free time, he enjoys fishing, working out and skiing.

Ashley is a Remote Finance Manager at ROK Financial, where she plays a huge role in driving team growth and enhancing performance through daily coaching, mentoring, and a hands-on approach to systems and metrics.  What Ashley loves most about working at ROK Financial is witnessing the success and growth of our advisors as they develop their passion for the industry. She is dedicated to empowering others and helping them unlock their full potential. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys staying active with yoga, skiing, and working out. She’s also a foodie at heart, always eager to try new restaurants, and cherishes quality time spent with family and friends.

Shane graduated from Suny Cortland in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree. He has previously worked in the finance space and gained industry knowledge in a few different positions. Shane has always had a passion working in business and helping clients succeed!  What Shane loves most about ROK Financial is the environment and energy that everyone brings each and every single day.  In Shane’s free time he enjoys watching hockey games and hanging out with his loved ones, especially his dog!

Prior to joining ROK Financial, Ryan gained valuable experience during his two-year tenure at Sperry Federal Credit Union, where he honed his skills in financial services. Passionate about supporting entrepreneurs, Ryan is dedicated to helping them navigate the path to success. Justin has been an Advisor/Consultant for 4+ Years now in the SMB-Commercial Market. What he loves most about what he does, is that he truly feels as though he makes a difference with having the ability to help Businesses grow through challenging and opportunistic times. When Justin is not helping his partners, or providing funding strategies to his clients, he enjoys quality time with his loved ones, and dining at local restaurants. His interests include NASCAR Track Racing, Home Improvement Projects, Options Trading, and Cross-fit Training.

Samantha is a Production Coordinator at ROK Financial, where she plays a key role in supporting her team to package deals and help clients secure the financing they need to achieve their business goals. With a strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving, Samantha thrives in her role, ensuring smooth and efficient processes every step of the way. What Samantha loves most about working at ROK Financial is the company’s collaborative and family-oriented culture. Outside of work, Samantha is a dedicated soccer mom, spending most of her free time at the soccer fields with her two sons.
